Fina Valenzuela-Fletcher (she/her) is the founder of Mindful Minds Marketing. With over 10 years of experience in digital marketing, she provides strategic, sustainable, and affordable solutions tailored to each business’s unique vision and budget.

As the creator of Mindful Minds, a podcast launched in 2021, Fina has grown a global platform with over 40,000 downloads, 19,000+ TikTok followers, and 3.3 million likes. Her expertise in audience engagement, content creation, and organic social media growth has solidified her as a trusted voice in her field.

Fina works as the Senior Manager of Communications and Digital Programs at Bainbridge Island Museum of Art, where she leads their marketing team. She previously worked as the Event & Marketing Coordinator for Kitsap Women in Businessand was a board member of The Social Soiree and The Central Kitsap Food Bank. Her previous role as Marketing and Communications Director for the Bremerton Backpack Brigade allowed her to use storytelling and marketing to make a meaningful impact. Fina currently volunteers with Leadership Kitsap as a Marketing Consultant, providing strategic guidance to their marketing team.

In 2025, Fina was honored as one of Leadership Kitsap’s 20 Under 40 for her dedication to empowering small businesses and supporting her community through impactful marketing solutions.
