The Challenge

Duke’s Plumbing Services already had an irresistibly adorable brand, featuring their lovable mascot, Duke. However, they needed a way to manage their social media and marketing materials efficiently without hiring a full-time social media manager. They also wanted to expand their branding with additional print materials and seasonal variations of their beloved mascot.

The Solution

I stepped in to create a suite of tools and materials that maintained Duke’s charm while streamlining their marketing efforts.

Our focus included:

  • Plug-and-Play Canva Templates: I designed over 100 customizable Canva templates to make social media management effortless. These templates ensured a consistent, professional look while allowing the team to quickly create engaging content.

  • Print Materials: I developed a variety of printed marketing materials, including half sheets, full sheets, postcards, stickers, yard signs, and door knockers, all featuring their cohesive branding.

  • Seasonal Mascot Variations: To add a festive touch, I enhanced their logo with seasonal design elements, transforming Duke the dog for holidays and events throughout the year. These variations kept their branding fresh and engaging for their customers.

Duke’s Plumbing now has the tools to manage their marketing effectively and independently, all while keeping their branding fun and cohesive. The plug-and-play templates save their team time and effort, and the seasonal variations of Duke the dog add an extra layer of charm that resonates with their audience.

This project highlights how thoughtful, customized solutions can empower small businesses to take control of their marketing while maintaining a consistent and memorable brand identity.
