The Challenge

Madison Hein owns both Poulsbo Coffee Company and Port Orchard Coffee Company, and like many busy business owners, she didn't always have the time to consistently create the video content needed to keep both brands active online. She wanted support creating content that felt natural to each business and could help her show up more consistently without adding another task to her already-full plate.

The Solution

We started with a few add-on content sessions, where I took the lead on the creative direction from start to finish. I came up with video concepts and ideas, creative directed the shoots, filmed the content, and edited the final reels so Madison had ready-to-use content for Port Orchard Coffee Company and Poulsbo Coffee Company.

Over the course of two months, we created 30+ reels featuring the coffee shops, products, team, and day-to-day experience. The goal was to create content that felt fun, natural, and true to each business while giving Madison a bank of polished, ready-to-post videos without requiring her to manage the entire creative process herself.

The Results

The first reel we posted for Port Orchard Coffee Company surpassed 12,000 views, giving the account an immediate boost in reach and showing the potential of a more consistent short-form video strategy. Across just two months, Madison walked away with 30+ pieces of ready-to-use video content for both businesses, giving her a much stronger content library without having to manage the entire creation process herself.
