Monarch Massage & Spa had a beautiful foundation, but their branding wasn't being carried consistently across their digital presence. They also needed stronger social media tools, a website that better reflected the elevated experience of the spa, and a clearer path for visitors to explore services and book.
The Solution - Custom Canva Templates
We started with 50 custom Canva templates designed specifically for Monarch. The templates created a consistent visual language for their social media while giving their team an easy, flexible system for creating content. We incorporated thoughtful branding elements, service-focused layouts, and a variety of formats so they could promote their offerings, share educational content, and maintain a polished presence without having to design every post from scratch.
Website Redesign
After building out their social media templates, Monarch brought me on to revamp their website. We carried the visual direction from the templates into the site, creating a more elegant and cohesive brand experience from social media through booking.
The website was restructured to make information easier to find, services more prominent, and booking opportunities more accessible throughout the site. We also refined the overall design to better reflect Monarch's elevated, nurturing experience. Alongside the redesign, I completed a full SEO overhaul, updating keywords, page titles, descriptions, and content structure to give the site a much stronger foundation for search visibility.
The Results
Monarch now has a cohesive digital presence that connects their social media and website through a consistent visual identity.
